Where this is heading
Physical AI is the part of this that leaves the screen. Systems that see, hear, and act in the real world instead of just answering questions about it. For a trade business that means equipment that reports its own faults, jobs understood before a truck rolls, and a service history that writes itself. We do not sell that today. We build the layer it will need.

A photo, a model number, a thermostat reading. Enough of a job can be understood before anyone drives across town that the truck arrives with the right part on it. That is a scheduling and parts problem long before it is a robotics problem.
Every visit produces information that mostly dies in somebody's memory. Captured without anyone typing, the second visit to that address starts from what the first one learned.
We are not going to tell you we ship robots. What we build and run today is software: answered calls, filed leads, flagged emergencies, and the AI visibility work that gets a business named when a customer asks an assistant who to call.
What we do about Physical AI is build toward it. Every system we put in is designed to take an input it does not have yet. A build that can take a phone call can take a sensor reading. A build that files a lead can file a fault code. The businesses that move first on this will be the ones whose operations are already wired, because the hard part was never the sensor.
So the honest version: we are early, we are paying attention, and we build the layer underneath. When the equipment side is ready to be useful rather than impressive, our customers will not be starting from a filing cabinet. If you already run something that produces data nobody reads, that is a conversation we want.

Because the groundwork is the slow part. A shop whose calls, jobs, and customer history already move through one system can add a new input later. A shop still running on memory and paper has to build all of it at once, under pressure, at the moment it stops being optional.
Not for anything we build today. Plenty of what is already in the field produces signal nobody reads: connected thermostats, smart panels, cameras, telematics in the truck. The first useful step is almost always reading what you already have.
The same thing we do with everything else. Look at how work comes in, where it stalls, and what your equipment and software already know that nobody is using. If there is something here worth wiring up for you, we will say so. If there is not yet, we will say that too.
