Before anything gets built we write down what has to be true for it to count as delivered. You hold us to that document, and it’s the reason you can tell whether you got what you paid for.
Built on accounts in your name
Whatever we build, you own the accounts it runs on. That’s true on day one and it stays true if you ever decide to run it yourself or hand it to somebody else.

That’s what the assessment is for. It’s a walkthrough of how your business actually runs, ending in a ranked list of what to fix first, and it credits toward the build if you decide to go ahead.

An hour and honesty about where the week falls apart. That’s worth more than a requirements document, and it’s usually shorter.
