What done looks like, in writing
Before anything gets built we write down what has to be true for it to count as delivered. You hold us to that document, and it is the reason you can tell whether you got what you paid for.
Built on accounts in your name
Whatever we build, you own the accounts it runs on. That is true on day one and it stays true if you ever decide to run it yourself or hand it to somebody else.

How do I know it is worth doing before I commit to a build?
That is what the assessment is for. It is a walkthrough of how your business actually runs, ending in a ranked list of what to fix first, and it credits toward the build if you decide to go ahead.
What do you need from me to scope it?
An hour and honesty about where the week falls apart. That is worth more than a requirements document, and it is usually shorter.
