Customer Intelligence

Your customer list knows things. Nobody has time to ask it.We make it answerable.

Every job you have ever run is already sitting in your system: who called, what broke, what you charged, whether they came back. We put that behind a question box, so you can ask which customers have not been serviced in two years, or which addresses keep calling about the same failure, and get a list back you can work today.

What you can ask it

Three questions most shops cannot answer today, and could.

Plain English

Questions, not reports

Ask it the way you would ask your office manager. Which customers have not been back since 2024. Which jobs on Fourth Street went over estimate. The answer comes back as a list you can act on, not a dashboard you have to interpret.

The quiet list

Customers you forgot you had

Most shops are sitting on hundreds of past customers who would buy again and have not heard from anyone in years. We surface that list on a schedule and put it in front of whoever makes the calls.

What actually paid

Job history that adds up

Which job types earn, which ones run long, which addresses cost you money every single time. Pulled from what already happened rather than from a feeling about last summer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the data come from?

Whatever you already run. The field-service app, the accounting file, the spreadsheet, the old invoices. We read from those and leave them in place, so nothing has to be re-entered for this to work.

What if our records are a mess?

That is normal and it is part of the build. We match duplicates and clean as we go, and we tell you what could not be matched instead of quietly dropping it.

Can my office manager use it without training?

Yes. It is a question box. The part worth training is showing your team which questions are worth asking, and that is included in the rollout.
