Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 22, 2025 Last Updated: July 30, 2026
By accessing the FnButton website or using services provided by FnButton, a DBA of AnaNick LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
FnButton provides business technology, automation, communication, workflow, operational support, and related technical services. Services may include:
- Workflow and operational automation
- Communication systems support
- Scheduling and organizational systems
- AI visibility and structured-data implementation
- Technical troubleshooting and support
- Monitoring and maintenance services
- Business technology guidance and implementation support
Specific services, timelines, and deliverables may vary depending on the scope of work agreed upon with each client.
2. The Free AI Visibility Scorecard
The Scorecard is a free, automated, informational tool. This section governs it specifically and takes precedence over anything elsewhere on the website that could be read as a promise about it.
Who this section protects. In this section, "FnButton" means FnButton, AnaNick LLC, and each of its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, engineers, designers, analysts, and any delivery partner acting on its behalf. Every disclaimer, limitation, and cap in these Terms applies to each of them individually as well as to the company. Any claim arising from the Scorecard, a report, a demo, or a walkthrough lies against AnaNick LLC alone and not against any individual person.
What it does. You enter a website address. Our server requests publicly available pages and files from it, the same kind of request any search engine or AI crawler makes, and returns a score out of 100. Nothing is submitted to the site, no login or credential is used, and nothing private, internal, or password protected is accessed.
Our method is confidential. The scoring method, the signals it considers, their weightings, the thresholds behind them, and the tooling that produces a score are FnButton's confidential information and trade secrets. Nothing in these Terms, in a score, or in any report grants you a licence to them or discloses them. You agree not to reverse engineer, systematically probe, scrape, benchmark, or otherwise attempt to reconstruct the method, and not to use the Scorecard or any report to build or improve a competing product or service.
Only scan a site you are entitled to scan. By entering an address you confirm you own that website, operate it, or otherwise have authority to request a scan of it. Do not use the Scorecard to probe, load-test, or repeatedly query a site you have no relationship with. We rate limit requests and may block, throttle, or refuse use that appears automated, abusive, or competitive.
The score is an opinion, not a measurement, and not a promise. It reflects our subjective assessment of what machines can read on a publicly reachable page at the moment of the scan. It is not a guarantee of search ranking, of inclusion in any AI assistant's answer, of traffic, of leads, or of any business or financial result. Methods change, third-party crawlers change their behaviour without notice, and a site can change between one scan and the next. Two scans of the same site may differ.
Not an audit, and not advice. The Scorecard is an automated check of a limited set of machine-readable signals on publicly reachable pages. It is not, and must not be relied on as, any of the following:
- A security assessment, vulnerability scan, or penetration test
- A privacy, accessibility, ADA, or regulatory compliance review
- A legal, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional opinion
- A verification that the content of a website is accurate, current, or lawful
- A warranty that a website is secure, functional, or fit for any purpose
- A substitute for advice from a qualified professional in any field
A high score does not mean a site is secure, compliant, accurate, or well built. A low score does not mean a site is defective. Running a scan, receiving a report, or attending a walkthrough creates no engagement, no retainer, no fiduciary duty, no duty of care, and no professional or advisory relationship of any kind.
Reports are for you only. Any report, score, or recommendation we provide is prepared solely for the person or business that requested it, on the information available at the time. No other party may rely on it. If you share it, you do so on the basis that we accept no responsibility to anyone else who reads or acts on it.
Free deliverables are provided as-is. Where we offer a written report, a demo, or a walkthrough call at no charge, they are provided as a courtesy and with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness. We aim to deliver them in the timeframe stated on the page, but a free deliverable creates no contractual obligation, no service level, and no liability. We may change, pause, or withdraw the Scorecard and any free deliverable at any time without notice.
Your own decisions remain your own. Any action you take on the basis of a score or a report, including changes to your website, your marketing, or your systems, is your decision and your responsibility. You are responsible for backing up your site before making changes, and for verifying that any change is appropriate for your business.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information necessary to deliver services
- Maintain appropriate backups and access to important systems or data
- Maintain ownership and responsibility for account credentials, passwords, and administrative access
- Review and approve workflows, automations, or system changes before deployment when applicable
FnButton is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information, third-party platform failures, unauthorized account access, or client misuse of systems or services.
4. Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the service provided.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments are due before or upon service delivery
- Scheduled consultations may require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling
- Completed services, consultations, assessments, or implementation work may be non-refundable
FnButton reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Services
FnButton may work with or integrate third-party software, platforms, communication systems, analytics providers, automation tools, hosting providers, or business services.
FnButton is not responsible for:
- Downtime or failures of third-party services
- Changes made by third-party providers
- Data loss, interruptions, or compatibility issues caused by external platforms
Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts and subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.
6. Communications
If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree we may use them to reply to you about the thing you contacted us about.
Marketing messages by email or text are separate and are sent only where you have opted in. You can withdraw that at any time. How we handle consent, what we store, and how to stop messages are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Confidentiality and Our Materials
The rubrics, scoring methods, checklists, templates, workflows, automations, prompts, demos, reports, and tooling FnButton uses or provides remain FnButton's property and confidential information, except for material you supply and material we agree in writing to transfer. Receiving a report or seeing a demo does not transfer ownership of the method behind it, and does not permit you to redistribute, publish, resell, or reuse it to build a competing offering.
8. Limitation of Liability
FnButton provides services on a reasonable-effort basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, business outcomes, revenue increases, or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FnButton, AnaNick LLC, and its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, engineers, and delivery partners shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Data loss or system interruptions
- Third-party service failures or security incidents
- Reliance on a score, report, demo, or recommendation
Any liability related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. Where no amount has been paid, including use of the free Scorecard and any free report, demo, or walkthrough, that limit is zero. No claim may be brought against any individual person associated with FnButton.
9. Specialized Infrastructure Services
Certain specialized infrastructure, blockchain, node monitoring, or advanced technical services may be governed by separate service agreements, policies, or disclosures when applicable. See the Node Support Terms for those services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as the services change. The Last Updated date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the website or the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Florida govern these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
