By using the services of FnButton (a DBA of AnaNick LLC), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services
FnButton provides technical support services including but not limited to:
- Node setup and maintenance
- Device configuration and optimization
- Hardware wallet support
- Software troubleshooting
We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Our services are for technical assistance only.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your devices and services
- Maintain full control and security of your login credentials, wallet seed phrases, private keys, and passwords
- Back up important data and follow security best practices
FnButton is not responsible for loss of funds, data, or access due to client error, negligence, or mismanagement.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are due upfront unless otherwise arranged. Services rendered are non-refundable once work has begun. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to resolve the issue.
4. Limitation of Liability
FnButton and its contractors, affiliates, and owners shall not be liable for:
- Lost access to digital wallets or cryptocurrency funds
- Corruption or deletion of data
- Malfunction of third-party tools, devices, or platforms
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.
5. No Investment Advice
FnButton does not provide any financial or investment services. Any actions you take regarding digital assets are your sole responsibility.
6. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the agreement box during checkout or service request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
