AI Training

One hour, one to one.
Your computer, your work. You leave with a new skill.

One hour, live, at your desk or over a screen share. We get the tools running on your machine, then we work on what actually eats the afternoon: the timesheets somebody re-keys into payroll, the quote that has to be written from a voice memo, the permit paperwork, the invoice that goes out late, the inbox nobody has cleared since Tuesday. Office managers, dispatchers, owners, anyone who spends the day at a keyboard. You leave able to run it without us.

Your first hour at your desk with Nick. Later hours live with a certified AI engineer.

A working session on screen, one person walking another through it while they take notes

Already paying for Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Houzz Pro, QuickBooks?

We get your office fluent in the software you already pay for, using AI as the coach. Most shops use a fraction of what they are billed for every month. In the hour we set AI up to walk your office through your own account, in plain English, so the answer is on your screen instead of in a support queue.

An example task, start to finish

Six frames from a session, run on sample receipts.

A plain English instruction typed into Cowork, with the receipts folder open on the desktop
1The whole instruction, typed the way you would say it out loud.
Cowork reading receipt image files from the folder, listing each one as it goes
2It opens the folder and reads the receipts one at a time.
Cowork reporting that all eight receipts were readable and three have no job written on them
3Eight read cleanly. Three had no job written on them, so it says so.
Cowork creating a Python script and using it to build the spreadsheet
4It writes its own script to build the workbook, then runs it.
The summary Cowork wrote, listing totals by job and the three receipts it could not assign
5It reports back in plain language. Last line: it left three receipts blank rather than guess.
The finished expense spreadsheet, one row per receipt, three rows highlighted amber
6The workbook, saved to the same folder. Open it full size: the three with no job are flagged amber.

Your first week is small on purpose

Nobody starts with something clever. Start with the jobs you already do by hand, where you already know what right looks like, so you can tell straight away whether it did them properly.

  1. 1Photograph a handwritten crew timesheet and get back a clean table with totals and overtime.
  2. 2Turn a folder of receipts into a job cost sheet, one row per receipt, totals by job.
  3. 3Hand it a voice memo from the truck and get back a quote you can send.
  4. 4Pull the numbers out of a PDF into a spreadsheet without retyping any of them.
  5. 5Take the morning inbox down to the five that actually need you.

None of that is impressive. All of it is time back, and it is how you find out what the thing is actually good at before you point it at anything bigger.

How the hour runs

In this order, however long each part takes.

  1. 1We get on the call

Google Meet, camera optional, you share your screen so we are both looking at your machine rather than ours.

  2. 2We get it running

Installed on your computer, accounts and permissions sorted, connected to the things you already work in. This part happens once. Later sessions start on your work.

  3. 3We do your task together

The thing you brought, in your files, on your screen. Not a demo on ours.

  4. 4Then you drive

You do it while we watch, and we fix whatever trips you up. That is the part that decides whether you use it on Monday.

Bring whatever machine you have. We start on it. If a later hour needs something more, we tell you then and it is your call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know anything before the first session?

No. Most people start from nothing. Bring a computer you are able to install software on and one task that takes you too long, and we work from there.

Is this only for business owners?

No. It works the same for the person doing the work as for the person running the place. Owners, office staff, bookkeepers, assistants, anyone who spends the day at a keyboard.

Which tools do you train on?

Claude Cowork and the AI assistants and automation tools around it. Which one is right depends on what you do all day, and we tell you before the session which one we are setting up and what you need on your end.

What happens if you take control of my computer?

Only if you say yes, only for the moment you are stuck, and only while you are watching. We show you the move, then hand it straight back so you do it yourself.

Do I need a special computer?

The first hour runs on whatever you have, Windows, Mac, or a browser. Some of the tools we set up in later hours need Windows Pro or macOS, and we tell you before that hour, never after.
