  • Month to month
  • Leave with 30 days’ notice
  • Your documentation stays yours

What it covers

  • Help desk and remote support, business hours, for whatever stops working.
  • Patching and updates, automated, and checked by a person.
  • Monitoring, with an alert when something changes.
  • Antivirus, managed and kept current, licensed in your name.
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including adding and removing people the same day.Microsoft 365Google Workspace
  • Backup, with restores actually tested rather than assumed.
  • Domain and DNS, watched so your email and your website stay reachable.
  • A quarterly review of what keeps breaking and what you’re paying for.

What makes it worth a monthly fee

In a month when nothing breaks, you’re paying for the month when nothing broke.

That’s the part most people get wrong about a plan. The patching ran. The backup restored when we tested it. The alert came to us instead of to you on a Saturday. The quarterly review is where you actually see it, because that’s when we show you what we caught and what it would have cost.

What you’re agreeing to

  • Month to month after the first thirty days. Leave with thirty days' notice.
  • First response within an hour during business hours. If Nick is under a desk, you get a text back with when.
  • Everything we set up is documented, and the documentation is yours. Passwords, configs, network map. If you leave, you take it with you, and we hand it over inside a week.
  • Onboarding is a fixed price, quoted before we start. It’s the same number at the end.
  • You deal with Nick. He knows your setup, he stays on your account, and he stays accountable for the work whoever does it.
  • If we break it, we fix it on our time.

Switching from your current IT provider

You focus on your business. We handle the transition.

  1. We talk to your current provider directly, so you aren’t in the middle of it.
  2. Passwords, logins and documentation move over in writing, and you keep a copy.
  3. We check your backups and security before we change anything, and tell you what we found.
  4. You keep working. Most of this happens without anyone at your desk noticing.

What it costs

Per user, per month, with a minimum. Onboarding is a fixed price quoted before we start.

We quote after we look. How many people, how many machines, what software, what shape it’s all in. That takes one conversation and the software review is free.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It’s month to month after the first thirty days, and you can leave with thirty days’ notice. Everything we set up is documented, and the documentation goes with you.

What counts as a user?

Anybody with an email account or a login we look after. Not desks and not computers. A roofer with two office machines and nine people carrying phones has eleven users.

How fast do you answer?

Within an hour during business hours, often minutes. If Nick is under a desk when you call, you get a text back with when. Nights and weekends bill separately and we’ll tell you before, not after.

What if I need something outside the plan?

We quote it separately before we start, so your monthly number stays the same every month.

Some of your software has a free version

Most people don’t know they can swap a paid tool for an open-source one. Send us your list and we’ll show you which ones, then set it up if you want.
